Viren leads MBM, driving it forward with strong leadership, effective management skills and entrepreneurial abilities. An engineer by profession, he has remarkable experience of over 32 years in the Sales domain. He has refined his skills through various roles both in India and abroad, bringing extensive international experience to his role as the Founder Director of MBM Newtech since March 1999.
A visionary at heart, Viren thrives on tackling challenges. His innate ability to grasp opportunities, coupled with a perfect blend of technical and commercial acumen and interpersonal skills have been instrumental in building strong and enduring customer relationships. He firmly believes in translating opportunities into tangible business success, driving MBM Newtech to new heights.

Ritika plays a crucial role in establishing MBM Newtech as a formidable player in the data consulting sector. Her experience in Sales and Key Account Management, spanning verticals such as BPO and Education for Telecom and IT products, allows her to approach challenges with a strategic mind, delivering outstanding results for clients.
She joined MBM Newtech in 2012 and possesses over 23 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management. In her current role, she manages major banks, including HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, and Axis Bank, providing IT Hardware and Software solutions. Her focus on customer-centricity has led to a robust and fruitful partnership with HDFC Bank, and other clients.
Ritika completed her graduation in the commerce stream followed by General Law from the University of Mumbai. Her diverse educational background enhances her understanding of the business landscape, strengthening MBM Newtech’s position in the data consulting sector.

Mohit is an expert in both Sales and technical field in the IT sector. He has been MBM Newtech for the last 13 years, skilfully managing prestigious corporate accounts like DHL and Tata Motors Finance. His relentless drive for excellence has enhanced MBM Newtech's positioning as a transformative data consulting partner.
He handles corporate accounts for esteemed clients like DHL and Tata Motors Finance and has won accolades for his business acumen and customer-centric approach, from clients as well as his colleagues. He started his career in plastic moulding but moved to computer peripherals sector driven by his passion for technology. With a total experience of 15 years in Sales, he has been instrumental in MBM Newtech's growth story. His expertise in both sales and technical fields has delivered exceptional results for the company.
Mohit completed his graduation from Mumbai University before embarking on his professional career.

Kketan, a seasoned professional with a Commerce degree and a Diploma in Business Management, brings a wealth of knowledge and 30 years of hands-on experience in procurement, imports, insurance, warehouse management, distribution, and logistics. His impressive career spans various industries, including plastic molding, IT distribution, beverages, food, cosmetics, and specialty chemicals. Kketan's standout achievements include his pivotal role in manufacturing, product development, and the establishment of comprehensive distribution systems within the food industry. He boasts the development of over 60 SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) products, steering them from manufacturing to package design, conducting market surveys, and setting up entire distribution networks. With a strong commercial acumen, Kketan excels in creating efficient systems and procedures for distribution, a skill that has made a significant impact on the success of numerous ventures. His extensive experience and expertise have been instrumental in enhancing the supply chain processes across multiple industries, making him a respected figure in the field.

Ashraf is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in the Accounts and Finance domain. Throughout his distinguished career, he has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning within the IT sector. In addition to his core responsibilities in accounting, Mr. Shaikh has also contributed significantly to financial documentation, regulatory compliance support, coordination with auditors and legal advisors, and assisting senior management in preparing for public listing requirements
